Herman Ablade Adjase - Kodjo
Operational Lead

Herman’s expertise spans a number of fields mainly Health, Safety, Security, Environmental & Quality Management, with over a decade of experience in the extractives sector.

He has also served in Human Resource Management & Administrative roles as well as in Strategic Communications.

At Global HR & Travel Consulting Ltd., he is the lead operations person, spearheading business development, recruitment, training & placement of both local and international job seekers.

He has worked with the Graphic Communications Group Ltd., West Africa International Press Ltd., & Lawatt Quarries & Construction Ltd. & Atter & Associates Ltd. among others.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM-UK, obtained at the Institute of Professional Studies, Legon (now UPSA) & a B.Sc. Environmental & Natural Resource Management from the Presbyterian University College, Ghana.

Francisca Essel
Administrative Manager

As the Administrative Manager at Global HR and Travel Consulting Ltd., I oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. With fifteen (15) years of experience in administration, human resources, and operations management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role.

Her responsibilities include managing the administrative team, coordinating travel and logistics, maintaining office operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

She is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our clients and team members, and she takes pride in her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
